….enhances security screening with additional 15 machines

Equipment to address the recent challenges in airport operations and facilitation management systems at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja have arrived the country and are currently being installed.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria in a statement by its General Manager, Public Affairs, Mrs. Henrietta Yakubu says, “FAAN wishes to inform airlines, passengers and other stakeholders that the equipment required for addressing these challenges have arrived Nigeria and are already being installed”.
She also disclosed that, an additional 15 security screening machines have been procured for immediate deployment to the General Aviation Terminal and Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
