
British Airways aircraft bound for Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria Tuesday night made an air return due to a minor technical issue as stated by the airline.
“Our aircraft returned to Heathrow and was met by the emergency services as a precaution after experiencing a minor technical issue”.
According to the airline in a statement sent by the PR firm Quadrant all passengers involved in the incident we’re adequately taken care of.
“Our rteams looked after our customers last night, providing them with overnight accommodation. We’re sorry to our customers for the delay to their travel plans”.
Investigation revealed that the airline is making efforts to ensure that all passengers including backlog are airlifted to their destination.
