Seyi Makinde Honours Twin Brothers as Cultural Ambassadors

The Oyo State, Governor Oluseyi Makinde, has recognized Ambassadors Taiwo and Kehinde Oguntoye as Cultural Ambassadors for their outstanding contributions to the state’s tourism sector. 

The twin brothers, recognized at the International Tourism Summit’s dinner and award ceremony in the state, who are renowned for their World Twins Festival in Igboora, were honored alongside other tourism stakeholders.

Governor Makinde represented by his deputy Barr. Abdulraheem Adebayo Lawal, urged them to continue promoting Oyo State as a tourism hotspot. 

Expressing gratitude, the twins credited divine favor, Governor Makinde’s support, and the efforts of the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, for their success. 

They dedicated the award to all multiples, the media, and their loved ones, celebrating both their birth month and the tenth anniversary of their radio show.

“This is a great honour for us receiving this award at our birth month and while we are celebrating the tenth year anniversary of our radio show. We dedicate it to all multiple births, the media, friends & family, they said.”

Other awardees at the event include Engr. Dotun Sanusi of Ilaji Resorts, Evangelist Ajibola Ogunkeyede of U -Fit -Fly, Dr. Adebayo Faleke, Erelu Funmi Rotiba & Royal Entertainment Cruise Eleyele among others.
