Senior Vice President, Account Management, Sabre Central and West Africa, CWA, Mr. Allen Awosinkude says, the future of travel will be increasingly connected, personalized, and eco-conscious.
In his opening remarks at a webinar with the theme: “The Future of Travel”, organized by Sabre CWA, Awosinkude reiterated that technological advancements, evolving consumer expectations, and heightened social responsibility are reshaping the travel landscape.
Citing insights from the Travel 2040 Vision report, he noted that international trips are projected to surge to nearly 24 billion by 2040.
This growth, the sabre executive highlights not only rising travel demand but also the need for strategic insights to meet travelers’ evolving preferences.
“The research goes beyond numbers, it identifies trends that will redefine the industry, from popular travel destinations to emerging traveler needs”.
He commended the aviation sector’s milestones and stressed the importance of collaboration to drive further progress.
