RwandAir, a leading African airline, has reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its cargo operations in Nigeria.
During a recent Cargo Agents Workshop in Lagos, the airline emphasized its dedication to building market share and addressing the growing demand for cargo services.
The workshop provided a platform for RwandAir to gather feedback from Nigerian cargo agents, discuss service delivery, and outline future plans.
The airline’s Regional Manager, Mr. Dennis Rwiliriza, announced the upcoming re-launch of a dedicated freighter service on an ad hoc basis.
This move aims to address current capacity constraints and improve efficiency for cargo shipments.
Rwiliriza stressed the importance of fostering strong relationships with cargo agents. “We are here to listen to your concerns and address any challenges you may face,” he said.
“Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.”
The airline also discussed rate negotiation and competitive pricing. RwandAir emphasized its commitment to fair and transparent pricing practices, taking into account market conditions and profitability.
Cargo agents were encouraged to share feedback on rates to ensure they remain competitive and attract customers.
To recognize the dedication and performance of its cargo agents, RwandAir presented awards to several individuals.
The awards acknowledged their contributions to the airline’s success over the past year.
