Yet another batch of evacuees were airlifted out of the Lagos International Airport this morning.
This time, Canadians numbering 200 evacuated by an Ethiopian airline Boeing 767, flight ET8201 with Registration number ET-ALO.
After the normal airport formalities, the evacuees boarded the ET flight to Abuja to pick other Canadians.
Onboard the flight were 200 persons and 11 crew, 137 airlifted from Lagos and 63 from Abuja.
The aircraft left Abuja to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia en route Toronto, Canada.
Similarly, Ethiopian aircraft a Boeing 777-300 series also evacuated 385 America nationals from the Lagos airport today.
The aircraft took off at about 4.40pm to fly directly to Washington DC.
