The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) President, Engr. Margaret Aina Oguntala, FNSE, joined dignitaries and professionals at the 60th birthday symposium of Lagos State’s Deputy Governor, Engr. Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, FNSE.
The event, held at the Victoria Garden Events Centre, Alausa, Lagos, celebrated the Deputy Governor’s significant contributions to engineering, governance, and national development.
The symposium, themed “Nigeria: Guiding the Youth on the Path to Self-Reliance,” brought together stakeholders to discuss critical issues facing the nation’s youth.
In a statement by the NSE, Engr. Hamzat’s leadership and dedication to public service were highlighted as key inspirations for the next generation of engineers.
Speakers at the event praised the Deputy Governor’s impactful career and his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Lagos State and Nigeria.
