A leading contender for the presidency of the Nigerian Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Mr. Felix Agbonlahor, has outlined a comprehensive plan to elevate the profession and improve the welfare of its members.

In a recent statement, Agbonlahor, who currently serves as NATCA’s secretary, emphasized his commitment to fostering collaboration with other aviation professionals and unions. 

He aims to create a harmonious working environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of air traffic controllers, aligning with global standards.

A key pillar of Agbonlahor’s platform is ensuring that every controller receives adequate training and is equipped with the necessary tools and technology to excel in their roles. 

He pledges to eliminate any form of discrimination and create a conducive environment for professional growth.

The NATCA Presidential aspirant also vowed to uphold the highest standards of discipline and professionalism within the association, maintaining a strong and unified voice for Nigerian air traffic controllers on both regional and international platforms.

Reflecting on his past experiences, he acknowledged the challenges faced by the profession and expressed his determination to overcome them.
