Ibom Air Tuesday, August 15th, 2023 welcomed a distinguished guest onboard its mid-day flight, QI0202 from Uyo to Abuja.
The flight which departed on schedule from the Victor Attah International Airport in Uyo had the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom state, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, onboard and having the Governor onboard Ibom Air flight marked a significant milestone.
According to the Aniekan EssienetteGM, Marketing, and CommunicationIbom Airlines Limited in a statement, this is the first time, Governor Umo Bassey Eno boarded an Ibom Air flight since assuming office, underscoring his unwavering dedication and determination to lead by example.
She said, the Governor arrived at the airport well before the departure time and meticulously ensured that his presence did not disrupt the carefully planned schedule, despite the inherent challenges posed by security protocols and other governmental obligations.
