Former GM Customer Service FAAN, Dr. Okoye bags Presidency Best Nodal Officer award for the fifth time

The Former General Manager, Customer Service, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Dr. Ebele Okoye has clinched the Year 2021 best Nodal officer Award for the 5th consecutive time.

At the presentation of the award at this Year 2021 Best Ministerial SERVICOM Unit(MSU) Award in Abuja, the National Coordinator SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemili commended the efforts Dr. Okoye in getting rid of bad eggs at the Airports.

 She also enumerated the giant strides and achievements of Dr. Ebele Okoye during her tenure as the General Manager, customer service.

After the presentation of awards by the representative of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation(SGF) Mr. Boss Mustapha to the 2021 Best Ministerial SERVICOM Unit Award to FAAN Nodal Officer Emeritus, Dr.Ebele Okoye, she was unanimously  called upon to give the vote of thanks for having the highest number of Awards.

In her vote of thanks, she gave a brief account of activities lined up by FAAN customer service having joined the rest of the world to mark the year 2021 International Customer Service Week.

Dr. Okoye retired from active service in FAAN as General Manager, Customer Service after served in other capacities as the Airport Manager, Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, Budget and Planning FAAN Headquarters.
