FG Nigeria Air project ‘flies into turbulence’

Nigeria Air, the proposed National carrier for Nigeria has hit the rock bottom as the Federal Government has suspended the project indefinitely.
Minister of state, Aviation, senator Hadi Sirika who broke the news in Abuja to the dismay of hopefuls of the project, said it had nothing to do with politics or the so much bad mouth about about the project.
With so much funds expended for roadshow at the London airshow where the logo and name was unveiled, the country has once again jettison a project many Nigerians perhaps thought would help to create jobs and stimulate economy activities in the industry.
There had been assurances from the Federal government that the National carrier would be a reality and a gift this present administration would boast off during the electioneering campaigns
The National Carrier was one of the Roadmap for for turning the Fortune of the sector around.
Many Stakeholders had said the project would not fly because of the seemingly lack of transparency and the process shrouded in secrecy.
