The Managing Director, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Captain Hamisu Yadudu says the agency is committed to developing a highly professional, healthy, virile and well adjusted workforce.

This is just as the MD expressed joy at the recent victory of the FAAN Football team in the recently concluded Public Service Games in Bauchi for clinching the Gold Medal where it defeated all other teams from various public organizations.
Speaking at the final Interdepartmental Football match between the Directorates of Operations and Human Resources/Administration, Captain Yadudu said the tourney has come to stay and assured that the Management would continue to give necessary support to the project with the confines of resources available at disposal.
The FAAN MD represented by the Director of Finance, Mrs Nike Aboderin stressed that FAAN would would continually promote and encourage its staff to engage in different sporting activities,” it is often said, that all work without play makes jack a full boy”.
” By God’s natural design, the human system is compromised of the body, soul and mind and all these parts are expected to be functioning inter-relatedly for optimal performance and effectiveness”, he added.
While congratulating the Local Organising Committe for putting together the tournament, he also congratulated the teams from the various Directorates who participated and urged them to keep up the winning spirit and also embrace excellence in other aspects of lives.
