Aircraft owners in the country have been charged to take advantage of the establishment of an aircraft interior design company to refurbish their interiors
The Centre manager, Santos Aviation services Segun Adesanya told journalists in Lagos that the company was borne in other to bring aircraft interior maintenance to airlines in the West African region for easy accessibility.
According to Adesanya, Santos aviation service will under take the refurbishment of aircraft seats, leather seats upgrade, cabin noise reduction, carpet biding, door panel repairs among others.
He explained that jobs will be carried out according to specifications on non comfort seats, cabinet food trays and restoration of carpet at a friction of the cost of replacement.
Adesanya, a Delta airlines trained aircraft interiors expert, said establishing in the country was a way of giving back to the society adding that the company will also handle complete interior to simple repairs and installations.
He noted that it was the first of its kind in the West African region and urged airlines to grab the opportunity to refurbish their aircraft interiors.
