Aero Contractors, a leading airline in Nigeria, has announced a Christmas initiative to offer pocket-friendly prices to its customers.
The Managing Director, Captain Ado Sanusi, made the announcement at a press conference in Lagos.
The airline’s Christmas initiative is a welcome development for Nigerians, who are looking forward to a festive season filled with joy and celebration.
According to Captain Sanusi, the airline has decided to offer special prices to Nigerians to enable them to travel to all its destinations without breaking the bank.
The prices, which start from N80,000, are designed to make air travel more affordable for the flying public.
Captain Sanusi said, the airline’s Christmas initiative is part of its efforts to give back to its customers, who have been facing economic hardship.
“We believe that as a company with a long history of understanding its customers, it’s time for us to give back to them. We want to make it possible for families to meet their loved ones during this Christmas season.”
With Aero Contractors’ pocket-friendly prices, more people will be able to travel and spend time with their loved ones during the holiday season.
On the airline’s progress thus far, Captain Sanusi said, Aero Contractors has made significant progress in the past year, with a modest profit of 14% year-to-date.
This is a significant achievement, considering that the airline has not declared a profit since 2016.
He noted that, the airline’s turnaround project, which was initiated in 2021, has been successful, with the company now in the recovery stage.
Captain Sanusi attributed the success to the hard work of the staff and management, who have worked tirelessly to stabilize the company.
According to him, the airline is also preparing to invite investors to come and invest in the company and has reduced its liability by 33% year-to-date, making it an attractive investment opportunity.
Captain Sanusi expressed confidence that the airline will attract investors and put more aircraft into service.
“We believe that with what we have achieved, we will be able to attract investors and expand our operations,” he said.
