President General of Njiko Ndi Anioma Worldwide and Obi Elect of Njiko Anioma, Ogun State, Ogbuefi Austine Nkeze has explained why the socio-cultural group was formed last year.

He said that, after serving other regions of the country, he felt it was time for him to also serve his people of of Igbo speaking group in the South South geo-political zone, otherwise known as Delta Ibos.
Confirming that there are 13 Igbo speaking states in the country including 6 from South South, 5 from South East and 1 from Benue State, Ogbuefi Nkeze said “If I can serve my people, I felt I can also serve my people. I started the group in Ogun State because of my experience when I was President of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo”.

Explaining further, Nkeze said that the the Ogun State Secretary General (SSG) has endorsed Njiko Ndi Anioma and that they are still doing the paper work.
“The State has endorsed our group and it has entered the protocol list. We are only working out modalities, to ensure that we meet up with all the requirements as it concerns our membership base”.
Reminding members of the aims and objectives of the group, Nkeze said “one of our objectives is to tackle our personal and collective problems. We are also aiming at forming a formidable force to address all our challenges”.
He advised all members who came from all parts of the state and beyond, Nkeze urged them to take the group seriously and attend meetings regularly.
